The carport was not marked with height limitations. Husband drove under damaging his sprinter van by ripping off the equipment on the roof of car. No towels in room had to ask twice over 5 hour wait then had to retrieve from front desk because the only person working was struggling . Saterday while my husband repaired his sprinter van , I spotted a lizard in my room. I trapped it with the trash can hoping housekeeping could help . Housekeeping never came . Left the lizard on trash can upon leaving. The bathroom was not clean around the tub . I took a picture of the filth that I removed with a washcloth. Sad state of affairs .

The room my family stayed in had a roach on the tv. We had to clean the shower before we could use it, it was dirty. There was spider webs everywhere. The refrigerator was not clean. They gave us another room and there was trash in the refrigerator, towels was dirty. The bed sheets had brown stains on them. Spider webs in the corners. There was an guy and his family that lived on the property that kept watching us. The hotel is nothing like the picture on the website. I will not be staying there anymore.

Overnight stay
The room was nice , comfy. But I have allergies super bad and something irritated them. I found the room very clean, the shower how er had some long brown hairs on the tile close to the top( housekeeping probably just looked down and focused on the shower floor,( they just need to remember to look up also) Also for some reason the shower door kept opening during my shower . It concerned me as I did not want to get the floor and mat all wet. Other than that, my stay was fine.

Check in reception excellent… room in good shape…bathroom walls need attention…tv good…noise is EXCESSIVE early in morning from cars on Highway 17…could help by putting a high berm in front of property…woke up early and could see no lights on in breakfast area…went down for quick coffee and NO LIGHTS in room…hard to see what was available…outside property needs repainting on rails to cover rust

The room was clean the tv didn’t work well the remote batteries must have been going dead because it kept flicking had to take them out so the tv wouldn’t keep cutting on and off, never gave us towels and room was never serviced while we were out… but other than that it was a good stay

First room upon check in had no hot water second room offer was 2 Queen beds no shower door curtains soap shampoo dispenser broken third room offer was dirty came back to room at evening found dead bug in my bed under pillows and looks like bed bugs might exist and breakfast stuff was ool food wise garbage cans on outside were filthy smell rooms had odors too was the worse hotel ever it should be reported to quality hotel headquarters worse experience of my life do your research from now on .had to check out find another place so inconvenient told manager about my issue just said I’m so sorry .

Deposit scammers!!!
I am extremely upset, at first the place looked wonderful. The room was fairly clean, it was a nicer room with pull out sofa, and despite only having two pillows, my wife and I were quite happy with the room. We checked in late ( around midnight) and the front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Checkout was a different story. We overslept, so I called and asked if we could stay over a little so that we could shower, she said that was fine. At 11:15 am someone knocks at the door, it's the cleaning guy, we told him we would be out shortly, he said ok no problem. Not even 5 mins later, our door suddenly opens, and it's the front desk lady. Startled, I said we are almost done!! We were also cleaning up our linens, coffee trash, bed sheets, trying to make it a little easier since they were kind enough to let us stay late. ... We get to the front office to collect deposit, and are told that we won't get it back because we had a dog in the room. WE DID NOT HAVE A DOG IN OUR ROOM. Jessie, (I think that's her name) was very rude, basically flat out calling my wife and I liars, said they were going to check the cameras I said okay good, we got here late and we only left the room 2 times so this shouldn't take long at all... She says that when she opened our door she heard a dog bark...the TV, music on my phone were both on, and I have a bad cough/ cold so maybe the combination made her think a dog barked. She asked to check the car. I agreed but he never did. I just want my dep
