Welcome to your dream coastal retreat! Nestled just steps away from the Surfside Beach sandy shores, this exquisite 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom beach house offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal living. Sea Chic is located just 200 steps from the beach!

As you enter, a gourmet kitchen featuring modern appliances, granite countertops, and a convenient breakfast bar – perfect for entertaining or casual family meals greets you.

Situated on the first floor, adjacent to the kitchen, is a spacious bedroom featuring a full bathroom and a private deck that offers picturesque views of the stunning pool area. The rest of the bedrooms are situated on the upper floor, providing ample space for the entire family to enjoy. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer provided.

Step outside onto the expansive deck and immerse yourself in the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're entertaining guests or simply enjoying a quiet evening, the outdoor space is perfect for dining, relaxation, and soaking in the coastal breeze.

Enjoy your own private paradise with a sparkling pool and inviting hot tub, creating a resort-like atmosphere in your backyard. Whether you're cooling off with a refreshing dip or unwinding in the bubbling warmth of the hot tub, this outdoor space is a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment.

Sea Chique is located in Surfside Beach "The Family Beach" where you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, golf courses and so much more!

There is a parking space for three, maybe four, vehicles, and you can bring or rent a golf cart.

ONE small, mature (under 50 pounds, over a year old) dog is permitted, with a non-refundable pet fee of $200. Cats and other pets are NOT permitted.

Any unauthorized pets on the premises will result in a non-refundable fee of $350 per pet.

MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Surfside Location - Priceless
This was a wonderful property. We had my family, including my Dad, my husband, my two adult children (19 & 22), one friend and Tucker (our Golden Retriever). Easy walk to the beach, great pool and hot tub, well stocked kitchen, nice rooms/bathrooms. It had it all. The best Dog-Friendly rental we have ever rented. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to go back!

We choose Surfside because it gives you an at home feel without the big hotels ! This house was very large and clean . Beautiful pool and hot tub . Beds were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. House was only a block away from the beach . The property manager was very nice and made sure we were checked in ok . Great Place!
Sea Chique was great. The private pool and hot tub are great for kids. A short walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes until your toes are in the water). The house wasn't super clean (sand in corners ((which to some degree is to be expected)) counters were sticky but it wasn't the worst either. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay at Sea Chique!
My family of 5 stayed at Sea Chique to be close to the beach, the pool was very nice, as it had sun all day long and the hot tub was great as well! The pool to the beach rental next to us on one side is pretty close due to short fence, but no one was there that week. For any issues we had, the property management team addressed quickly. The house is somewhat dated, but we made the most of it! The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach with easy access and it’s not crowded at all, as the public beach access area is quite a ways down the beach.

Enjoyed our stay at the Sea Chique
Great location and a great setup. We had two families of 4 sharing the house and enjoyed our stay. The pool and hot tub were a common gathering place. The walk to the beach is a short easy walk to a generally uncrowded area. Only minor complaints we had were the AC seemed to struggle a little. It was somewhat better if you don't shut the bedroom doors. Also the ice maker was a little finicky, producing good ice at times and nearly none at others. Those minor problems were largely outweighed by the good time we had.

Sea Chique Review
The house itself was a nice house and it was a great set up for two families. It could use some minor repairs and cosmetic upgrades, but the pros out weigh the cons for this house. It’s proximity to the beach was ideal as it less than a two minute walk. Plus, the pool and hot tub were bonus amenities that we utilized daily. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back. Myrtle Beach Management was super responsive, friendly, and addressed our needs during our stay. They ensured everything was in order and to our liking. They ensured us everything was in proper working order and even had a new hot tub installed. We will book directly through them next time we are in Surfside, SC. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house was perfect; only a block from the beach! The size fit our family as well. The only issue was some parts of the house were a little run down (i.e. small holes in the walls, screw exposed in the one bunkbed, bunk beds were really wobbly, etc). The hot tub was also intermittently working which was a little disappointing since it was a huge reason why we picked this place. Overall though, the place was good and we would totally recommend to our friends and family.

The kitchen was well-stocked for a rental property. The layout of the house was a bit strange with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor and 1 on the main floor. The outdoor space was good and the hot tub is a plus since the pool isn't heated. Our only complaint is the beds were extremely uncomfortable and would recommend that the owners consider new mattresses. This was our first time in Surfside and we would definitely go back.
