"Hotel clean and smart. Room good size, wonderful shower, great decor, provisions in room good, liked the complimentary chocolate and water and there was fridge. Extras in the washroom. Staff polite and professional and very friendly and very smart."

"Very convenient place to stay and the staff is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing but pricey. Our room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. We easily moved around the city on trams and buses; get the GVB multi day pass and go anywhere! Loved it. Even extended our stay by a night because the hotel was so excellent."
