"Rooms in need of some maintenance and an upgrade a bit tired Lovely pool area and great adults only pool and bar area Issue with room charging once the “hold” amount had been reached Unable to charge a coffee to the room without going back to reception and paying a further holding amount Never heard if this before in my many travels The duty manager advised there had been issues if people not settling accounts Why does that become my problem "

"The staff at the resort were welcoming and very accommodating. The all inclusive package was fantastic and the hotel rooms were excellent. It made for a lovely relaxing holiday before Christmas. Thanks to all the staff for hospitality and warmth while we were there. Definitely recommend if you need a break. "
