"We liked the ambiance,staff and breakfast buffet. Room view was a Carpark at exhaust level to your open windows. No oven or grill in the mini kitchen was disappointing."

"Room's and bathroom need an update, no AC, no coffee maker no fridge, mattress and pillows are old, and the price they ask for 1night is way to much. Zero star rating.... We had to leave early (7:00 am) we could not get a coffee because breakfast was at 7:30........"

"The staff here is mostly friendly. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choices. The room was pretty clean, the bathroom had some leftover hairs from a previous person, but the linens were a bit pitiable with holes in the bath towels and bed comforters."

We used the laundry service, washed our bikes in the bike wash, thoroughly enjoyed a home cooked breakfast attended to by their wonderful chef and Alexandria at the front desk was fabulous helping me arrange our return trip to Venice. "The hotel was very clean and had friendly staff. The beach was just 2 min walking distance which we really enjoyed and right across from stores, bars and restaurant. The beds were actually very small and not quite comfortable but besides that it was a pleasant stay."
