"The Nai Harn is a gorgeous property, with incredible views from the side of a mountain and wonderfully attentive service. The valet realized we were taking two beach towels each day and started to prepare them for us. We spent 8 nights here, over New Years. Wonderful Cosmo restaurant as well for a great breakfast and other meals. Fabulous and restaurant on the water just a short walk from the hotel -- On the Rock Bar and Restaurant. "What a brilliant hotel, truly everything about it is 5 star, from the property to the food to the service. Hugely recommend staying here, totally worth it. We got there a little early but staff accommodated us and let us in early. "

"The rooms are very dark and dated. The shower did not draining. Lots of noise from the hostel behind it. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. The staff was ok, but not very friendly. Great location but that’s the only plus. We have been traveling Thailand for almost 3 months and this place was at the very bottom. "

"This was a very nice hotel with lovely surroundings. The only disappointing thing was that the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner, which was contrary to their web site. Whether this was only temporary we never found out. However, there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach was 20 minutes walk away not the 7 minutes stated. The gardens were lovely and well kept and were wheelchair friendly. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The plumbing was not terribly...

"The hotel is peaceful and we enjoyed our stay. We were a little disappointed as the rooms are in need of updating but after settling in we didn’t see it as bad. It was always cleaned just slightly old and the tv and wifi are not to good but everything else was great staff and food very good"
