"Staff at best western were very nice , patrick was extremely helpfull with us, nothing was a problem. Rooms were very good we got a upgrade to a suite due to our 1st room air con not working properly. Hotel is a bit tired air con would not go any lower in our upgraded room than 21degrees. 1st room was 23 degrees.. air con should go down as low as 18degrees. Shower cubicle leaked a little bit , but had been recently been sealed with silicone roughly..All staff were fantastic.food very good for...

"This is a beautiful hotel with a lot of history. Located in the heart of the business district and about 25 minutes from NBO. The employees seemed very kind and eager to be helpful. The woodwork is immaculate and even though it is currently under construction for the rest of the month still looked beautifully maintained. I think for the price paid it was a great stay."
