"Please don't reserve any rooms from this hotel. It's really not a hotel It's more like a motel. Very old rooms and very dirty no heater It's was very cold at night it was like sleeping outdoors. I will never reserve any rooms at the KAREN INN SUITE !!!!!!!!!"

"There is a manager Job that schedule several tours only wanted me to pay in cash and didn't pay for parks entrances and when I asked to be paid back he sent to my driver he was honest but not in my hand like I paid him the staff around him is exceptional the internet there is none this hotel need new management"
