A magnificent hotel with stunning views! The room had a well-stocked minibar, was exceptionally clean, and the staff treated everyone with equal warmth and respect. The facilities were top-notch! This hotel is practically brand new. It’s a very comfortable and beautifully appointed hotel. Employees gave us attentive and wonderful service always. We also booked massages at the spa and they were fantastic. Wonderful experience all the way around!

The brand new JW Marriott Nairobi is one of the best properties I have ever visited. The staff is well trained in customer care. The facilities are impeccable. As it continues to open the rest of the property, this will be the premier property in Kenya. It’s also the tallest hotel in Africa.
