"The water slides and water activities on the beach were amazing. You ABSOLUTELY need water shoes for the beach. It's much too rocky and painful without them. The staff are soooo friendly and kind. "The property and staff were absolutely amazing!!! Easily this is the best property I have ever stayed at and the customer service is the beat I've ever experienced. My children loved the property and our room. We stayed in the Coral Suite Twin room which was massive. It came with Japanese pajamas, and keepsake flip flops and tote bag. "The property was nice. The pictures of the property make it look like it is a beach front property, but that is not the case. You can walk to the beach, but note that the hotel does not provide any beach amenities, i.e., beach chairs or umbrella. The hotel pools are very nice. We were disappointed to find that the weight machine in the fitness room was out of order. Overall, nice property. The staff was super friendly and helpful."
