Le Petit Calypso - One Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 2

We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Nancy, this charming luminous flat of a surface of 40 m ² and being able to accomodate to 2 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 25 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with 1 double bed (140×190) and a wardrobe
- A bathroom (shower)
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of 4 m² facing south with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

- Tourist sites: Place Stanislas, Ducal Palace, Saint-Epvre Basilica, historical centre, Ville Neuve, Villa Majorelle, Parc de la Pépinière (children's playground, rose garden, zoo...).
- Walking or cycling on the Moselle loop (Nancy-Toul).
- Cultural activities: National Opera, Fine Arts Museum, Lorrain Museum, Aquarium Museum...
- Tasting of Nancy specialities: Nancy macaroons, bergamot, thistles...

Le Petit Calypso "Great apartment. Compact, very clean and tidy, with the bus stop just outside. Getting into the apartment was easy as the key was locked in a box outside. We never actually met any staff while we were there, although they we reasonably quick to reply to messages. The kitchen is useable, with plenty of space, pots and pans. The shower is powerful. The bedroom walls are paper-thin, so you will hear when the neighbors return at 2am to watch TV, or get up at 7am for work. Will certainly be staying again next time we're in Nancy."
