"We spent about a month in this absolutely wonderful home on Nantucket. When we arrived, it was clear the house has been professionally cleaned and was spotless. The kitchen is great for cooking for meals in. The tv room has a ton of natural light & was a great place to hang out as a family. There are 2 bedrooms, one on main floor which is easily accessible and 1 in the loft which is a steep staircase (fine for us as we have no mobility issues but bear this in mind). "The front door to the attached apartment is actually on the side of the house. This was confusing when we checked in. There are multiple front doors. Everything was clean, well stocked and lovely. Our only issue was that there was a problem with the boiler in the basement under the apartment during our stay. "My husband, teenage son and I loved staying at this cottage. We stayed at the owner's other property earlier this summer when we had more people with us. The experience and property were so great we tried the smaller cottage this time and were equally impressed. Location to town and beach is ideal, cleanliness was perfect. It all worked very well for us including the outdoor dining table and outside shower. I highly recommend this property for a family of 3. "

"The location is great, walking distance to the beach and town. Bedrooms are very small and the unit is not really "ocean view" but perfect for two adults and our dog. Huge bonus being pet friendly and having a little fenced in yard. Only complaint was the propane tank was filled at 7:30am and scared the heck out of us, the tank in below the unit on grade level and it literally sounded like someone was in the unit. Not a huge deal but they should fill a little later perhaps. "
