"Both front desk employees we encountered were friendly and helpful. Due to its location right at the intersection of I-87 and state highway 299, traffic noise was intrusive. Also, turning into the street where the hotel is located was difficult as it involved making a left turn across 3 lanes of traffic waiting for the traffic light. "Although this was not my first time at a Super 8, it was my first time at this particular Super 8. The staff were super friendly and the level of customer service I received was truly excellent. Although there was an offer of complimentary breakfast, I think I slept through the fixings, but there is an Indian/American deli across the way, and that tided me over. I found the bed very comfortable and the room was larger than expected, too."

"Woke up in the morning to a cockroach on the ceiling in the bathroom and you could see babies on the counter in the bathroom. The bathroom sink took forever to drain after washing hands. It was just a place to lay our heads before getting back on the road, but cockroaches were not in our plans. "
