Two minute walk to Marco Island Beach right across the street. White sand and lots of sun! Beautifully decorated/CLEAN condo with NEW Furniture 9/2023, located on Marco Island, FL. Marco Island is just southwest of Naples. This condo is across the street from the the beach and kitty corner to the JW Marriott. The unit is a one bedroom with a king sized bed, one full bath and nicely updated. There is a TV in the bedroom and a TV in the living room. New full size kitchen with Samsung appliances. The property is right across the street from the entrance to the same beach the JW Marriott guests enjoy. The condo has everything you need for your stay on Marco Island - Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, towels, beach toys and cooler. The complex also features a heated swimming pool and tennis court that is lined for Pickle Ball. If you feel like cooking the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill by the pool for guests to use and grill tools in the condo. There are numerous breakfast, lunch and dinners restaurants within walking distance.

Washer and dryer on each floor that is credit card or App operated.
The condo has everything you need!

NOTE: Each unit has 1 numbered parking spot. Vehicles may not exceed 21 feet in length. Motor coaches, campers, recreation vehicles and boat trailers are not allowed to park at SMR. They will be towed.

Nice and clean condo. The crosswalk to beach access is right in front of the complex, very convenience. Walkable (within 15 minutes) to many restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is well supplied. Wish there were washer/dryer. Great location.

Perfect Escape from Winter
We enjoyed our time on Marco Island and this property had everything we could have asked for. Steps from the beach and close to good restaurants, we loved the time we spent here. The HEATED pool was probably our favorite part of the vacation. It was warm and inviting, even when the air temperature was a little chilly in early March. When the winter blues get us down, we hope to return and enjoy this beautiful condo again. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise.

We loved our stay on Marco Island and our VRBO unit was fantastic. Beach access right across the street which we learned quickly is somewhat rare on Marco Island. The unit was clean and well equipped. Our host even assisted us with dining recommendations and island activities. This has become our new FAV.

Great unit/ extremely firm mattress
We enjoyed everything about our stay except the mattress was so firm neither or us could sleep. We tried to cushion the mattress with comforters and extra covers to make it softer.

We have visited Marco several times, usually staying at a beach front hotel. The condo was almost as close to the beach, with a public beach access right across the street. The condo was as expected. The condo was very clean. We did not use the kitchen, but it appeared well stocked. No interaction with the owners, but the registration staff on premise was very pleasant. Excellent vacation, would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Marco Island!
Our first visit to Marco Island. Our visit was for 4 days to play golf and attend a friend’s wedding. We loved Mellow Yellow. The condo was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Lovely deck where we could drink our first cup of coffee for the day. The pool was very nice. Clean and just the right temperature. Short walk to the beach was awesome. Wanda, condo owner was most helpful. All questions answered quickly. We were delighted with our stay and will return to Marco in the future. Nancy & Gary

Great spot!
You can’t beat the location and we have a wonderful time. Everything was clean and ready for us and the condo had everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again and are thinking of making this an annual trip. Other reviews did mention the light coming int he bedroom window and we did find this to be the only negative for the whole trip. It was tough to fall and stay asleep, and blackout shades would go a long way. This, however, is a very minor complaint when taken with the great experience as a whole.
