Great location, nice rooms, good amenities, great dining options, nice pool area, and terrific service. My husband and two teenagers booked a last minute get away and we were so happy that we did! The welcome we received was charming, our room was spotless and The Claw Bar was delicious! We enjoyed the close location to restaurants and food. The shuttle service provided was easy to use and the drivers were friendly and helpful. Absolutely great!

Very nice, friendly hotel. Easy to walk everywhere other than crossing the busy street, but still not bad. 5 minute walk to all the shopping and restaurants on 5th- easy to walk the Old Naples neighborhood and a walk to see the sunset at the beach. Rooms are a bit dated in terms of style, but everything was in great condition and very clean. Pool was very nice and lunch at the pool was excellent.

What a fantastic experience! This was a last minute trip for my husband and I and we were not disappointed!! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere where the staff was as nice as they were at this property! Everyone from the front desk, to the shuttle guys, to the pool boy, and bartender were amazing!!
