The property was nice. The cottage. We stayed in J105 was very rundown no heat very cold the manager Jackie was very nice and worked hard on find us more upgrading cottage with heat, which we really,appreciated after staying three days in a very cold one down cottage The pool area was nice, but the pool was cold not heated so was not comfortable to swim. And was very disappointed when they charged me an additional 350 for resort fees, which will not use and felt that it was unfair so if you were planning to stay at this resort and make sure you do not stay at J105 definitely wasn’t worth the money

The property was beautiful. Our room had an amazing view facing the marina. Hope, the concierge, had wonderful ideas on what to do and where to go and helped us book a fun fishing trip! The pools and bar at the club were wonderful.

The staff was phenomenal. The room was clean and fairly updated. But, booker beware, if you're in the main building the "club" pool etc ..is a hike away from your room. My room was facing the outisde if the resort and man was it LOUD....right near the highway and an airport. Trucks and Planes ..... Its a nice place ... but if you're looking to get away for some sun and pool time i suggest you make a request for a room facing the interior and near ro the club. And definitely go eat at NOSH....

This is in no way a resort. Do not be fooled. These are mediocre condos rented by the owners in loose association with the hotel. The condo side has no maid service and they are stingy about providing soap, etc. They will nickel and dime you over every little detail: want a broken down bike for two hours? 30 bucks. Another shampoo ? Not possible. Late checkout? 100 bucks and your key won’t work anymore. I don’t know why anyone would choose to come to Naples or this place. Lots of great options in Florida for the same cost or less.

Overall, it's a great location and property. What really attracted us to the resort was the club facilities. Unfortunately, the pools were down due to heating issues and the lazy river was closed. This was the primary reason for selecting the property. Additionally, we arrived on a weekend the the hotel pool was closed for private events both Sat and Sun. If we had been notified of this, we likely would have chosen a different resort. If it wasn't for those issues, it would have been great. Mixed feelings.

It’s pretty run down now, the beach area not great and the restaurants at the beach were dirty, staff not very friendly they seemed overwhelmed.

We enjoyed our stay, our room was great and we had exceptional service; however the pool/spa heaters were out and we weren't informed before we got there so we weren't able to fully enjoy the club. The water was way too cold for our toddler who was begging to swim.
