"For the most part, everything was really good. The handicap bathroom went above and beyond what I expected. They even included a transfer chair to shower on. The only problem I had was I broke a bottle of Cologne. I cleaned up the cologne but couldn't pick up the broken glass, housekeeping came in and cleaned up the towels and everything but left the broken glass on the floor. "
