"My recent stay at this hotel at Leonardo Hinckly exceeded all expectations. I booked 4 rooms with 5 kids and 7 adults for Oct half term. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted by the most attentive and professional staff. The front desk team, particularly during check-in, demonstrated exceptional hospitality with their warm smiles and efficient service. Special shout out for Annmarie & Lizzie manager!! The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for maintaining impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. Our room was spotless, with crisp, fresh linens, gleaming surfaces, and meticulously cleaned bathroom fixtures.
