No air conditioning was working when i checked in the two rooms that they gave me , I had to leave the hotel right away because they did not care I has to Book another place 20 miles away I am asking for a full refund for this hotel, the receptionist was the worst , she did not care at all Please contact me at daubresse.olivier@aol.com

Disappointing and poor service

The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category.

L'hôtel ne ressemble absolument pas aux photos. Tout est vieux et abîmé. La chambre n'avait rien à voir avec ce que je pensais avoir réservé. La douche sur les photos s'est transformé en baignoire avec de gros joints noirs et des traces suspectes... La soufflerie du chauffage fait plus de bruit que de chaud... Le matelas était clairement pas confortable et trop mou Même pas de verre ni de bouilloire... Seulement des tasses à cafés en plastique... Incroyable que cet hôtel est 3 étoiles. A fuir. Seul le personnel à l'accueil était sympathique.

à explorer encore !

J'ai découvert le côté étangs-mer de Narbonne et j'ai été enchantée. Pour ce qui concerne l'hôtel, à part le problème de chauffage pallié par l'apport un petit radiateur soufflant bruyant !, tout y est pour le confort et le plaisir et le personnel à notre aimable disposition.
