In a small detached house "le Roc d'en Jaune" located in a charming village in Davejean, Languedoc-Roussillon, in the Aude, between the sea and the mountains, on the roof of the Corbières hills near the Cathar castles, Crossing of the gorges of water Termenet (canyoning), Verdouble and Orbieu, ideal place also for hiking, in the heart of the mountain bike circuits - FFCT in nature ...
The house consists on the ground floor of a living room of 20 m² with fitted kitchen (coffee maker and Senseo coffee machine, teapot, toaster, electric oven, microwave oven, vitroceramic hob, fridge with part Freezer), table, 6 chairs, 1 stool, coffee table, 1 sofa bed BZ (sleeping size 138X188). On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a storage unit, a laundry basket, a mirror, a shower and a toilet, a laundry room with a washing machine (clothes dryer, clothespins, Ironing board, basin, bucket, broom, vacuum cleaner ...) On the second floor you will find a bedroom of 20 m² with two single beds, 3 chairs, 2 clothes doors, a small wooden desk, 1 wardrobe in fabrics.
Stairwell 70 cm wide.

We can provide a "baby" equipment, a folding bed and bedding, a bathtub, a small pot, a chair chair, a folding high chair, a stroller.

Davejean est un lieu central dans les hautes corbières, un camp de base parfait pour de nombreuses randonnées et visites ; le gîte, très calme et qui contient tout ce qu’il faut, permet de souffler entre deux activités !

Agréable, au calme
Hébergement bien situé entre Carcassonne et les châteaux cathares. La maison est fonctionnelle et agréable. Attention escalier très étroit, qui participe au charme de l'endroit ! Un petit bémol sur la propreté, nous avons du relaver la vaisselle avant utilisation... Dommage également de ne pas avoir rencontré les propriétaires. En dehors de ça, séjour très agréable !

Joli village, possibilités de visiter beaucoup de sites plus intéressant les uns que les autres à 30 minutes. A 1h de Perpignan et 1h de Carcassonne. Prévoir les courses alimentaires avant l'arrivée.

Un gîte complet pour une famille
Gîte bien équipé avec électroménager complet. Silence absolu même en plein village. Parking possible à 50 m mais on charger/décharger les bagages devant la maison. Tout est prévu en dépannage si besoin. Epicerie pas trop loin mais supermarché et station d'essence pas à proximité : ne pas se laisser prendre au dépourvu. Situé près de sites touristiques entre 10 et 50 km.

Muy correcto. Limpio y confortable. Solamente resaltar que no funcionaba la calefacción del comedor . Ubicado en un pueblo muy tranquilo bien ubicado para realizar visitas al pueblo medieval de Vilaroja de Termes ( muy interesante) i Termes con su castillo y buenas rutas de senderismo. y areas de baño en el rio. En general una casa recomendable, pequeña pero acogedora , ideal para familia con dos o tres hijos.

Agréable séjour dans le pays Cathare
La maison est située à distance au centre de l'Aude et à 1h maximum de plusieurs lieux à voir : Carcassonne, château chalabre, zoo des dinosaures. La maison est très bien équipée.

Séjour au calme dans une région magnifique
Si vous rêvez d'un séjour au calme dans un petit village de l'Aude au milieu d'un océan de genets fleuris, allez chez Melinda et Olivier à Davejean. Vous y serez très bien reçus (les enfants du pays se feront une fête de vous orienter autour du village) et reviendrez enchantés. Le logement est conforme aux photos et descriptions. Attention toutefois ! pas de wi-fi quand nous y étions. Pas d'ascenseur non plus !!! (erreurs de paramétrage ?). L'escalier est étroit. La communication avec Melinda est très fluide. Merci Melinda pour l'accueil, les infos sur les points d'intérêt de la région, les petites attentions délicates à l'arrivée
