What we didn't like was when we went in to check-in, there was a customer who had just checked in, the room had (pet) hair balls on the carpet (he had pictures), his wife had an allergic reaction and was waiting in the car. The man was trying to get his money back for the night and was not getting satisfaction. By the time he left and we checked in, there were 7 people in the lobby watching this unfold."
