The hotel is pretty great in terms of comfort! The only issue i had was the shower. I was given a wheelchair accessible room, so the shower would leak water all around the bathroom and into the hallway outside the bathroom. It was a little slippery.

It smelled like urine. Said I requested a handicapped room, did not. Open shower flooded the bathroom when you took a shower. Had to use all our towels to absorb the water. Very slippery floor.

We enjoyed having a few eateries near by and being close to the interstate. The hotel property parking is way too limited when the hotel occupancy is high. The parking spaces are designed for compact cars. Also, the bathroom is too small. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast dining is adequate.

My husband and I had a wedding in Nashville to attend. It was a last minute reservation. Then after I had made my reservations I went to the reviews and saw a lot of negativity about this place. It was so last minute I really didn’t have time to change my mind. Let me say….. I was so pleased I didn’t. This hotel is so quaint. From the moment we walked in the hotel it smelled so good, the room was clean and the staff were wonderful. We were so pleased that we extended our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

I booked this hotel strictly because of price and location to Grand Ol Opry. The toilet was in a very small room and made a screeching noise every time it was flushed. The AC unit smelt like a swamp cooler and you cannot open the window. You could hear people in the halls very easily and other doors opening and closing loudly. The elevator was not up to date in its inspection. The breakfast area was small , but a typical complementary breakfast. The parking was free, safe and convenient.

Overall it was a good stay/value for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very small. No counter space for any toiletries. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Elevator needed a good cleaning and had lots of broken tiles on the floor.
