"I was disappointed that there was not a convenient and free shuttle to Heathrow. I specifically book there because of an early morning flight out. I ended up having to take a cab from the airport tube station to the hotel because it appeared the Hoppa was not running at 8:00 pm and anyway it would have been charged more for two people on the Hoppa than the cab cost."
