"Lovely area well connected with underground, lots of walkable sites to explore. Hotel next door is being refurbished which you look onto some noise and talking but nothing too early or late so never bothered us.Food at hotel was first class from the breakfast in the morning all freshly madeeith quality ingredients. Valentines meal again was delicious and didn't disappoint found it value for money compared to other hotels/restaurants. We would definitely return to this hotel. "

I opted for a Luma room which was a mistake as it was in the basement which was freezing. Called the janitor to help with the heating, he was so helpful and even came back to check we were ok. Room ok once warm but found carton and hair from previous tenant around bed. Same process on check out, do your own typing while being watched by two reception...

"The room was in the basement it was cold and the heating didn’t work properly. The window didn’t shut properly so we got maintenance to sort it out but it was still cold in there. The bar was closed on Mondays which didn’t help. The breakfast had cold plates and was very meagre and quite honestly we won’t be returning. We like a decent room and a decent breakfast the hotel failed on both accounts. The staff however were very nice. 😊 "
