"Great place to stay. Bus 188, right across the street to the right when you walk out the door, takes you to Waterloo Station and even deeper into the heart of London. London Bridge Station is half a mile walk and will get you anywhere you need to go in London. The room itself is spacious, clean, well appointed, and has everything you need. "The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!"

"I would definitely stay here again. A nice home away from home in a great location. Parking is on street parking we were there on a Saturday so had to pay for parking £40 otherwise it's free from 6.30pm onwards from Saturday till Monday morning at 8.30am. Cleaning staff were excellent, reception were also helpful in where I called to let them know we would be checking in late. There's always someone on reception. Bathroom is a little on the small side but hey ho the apartment makes up for it...

"Nice and cozy apartment hotel, with a set of table and chairs, a heated bathroom (water temperature was good but not as high as I normally have it), and a small kitchen with pans and utensils provided. "The place was okay and as expected. I was just disappointed by the lack of communication about the deposit. They did not mention to me that it would take 5-7 working days to return into my account. The communication from the reception/ concierge was very poor. And it says they stay in the building until 10pm, which was not true. He left immediately after I checked in, leaving me with no one to make any requests/ complaints to. "

"I loved my stay at Bob W! Only downside was that there wasn't really anywhere to do the dishes I used, so I ran out of clean plates, cups etc. I didnt find it very hygienic washing them in the toilet sink (also there was nothing to wash them with)."

"The Strand Palace Hotel is in an excellent location, close to Charing Cross station, Covent Garden and West End theatres. I loved the decor of the restaurant and the laid-back feel to it.
