"After I'd checked out of my room and was waiting at the bus station for my bus, an employee came to me to give me the extra cell phone I'd left in my room. I didn't know I'd left it. That was going the extra mile. I didn't get the young woman's name who made the trip to return it to me but she certainly deserves credit from her boss. The only downer about the room was no air conditioning but I should have paid more attention to the room's amenities when booking. "

"We went to stay at the hotel, after driving for 10 hours from Lima. They said they had cancelled our reservation! A cancellation email never arrived. We asked to stay there for the night (having arrived at 11pm not many hotels were opened) and they refused saying the hotel was not opened for tourists. Throughout the whole process they were really nasty, they never allowed us into the hotel and made us feel like we were going to rob the place. Would NEVER EVER recommend this place to anyone."
