"We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon. "

Area is beautifully decorated during holidays Be aware that Goggle map address can be a little misleading and that there is no way to be dropped off in front entrance but plazas around the corner have great access to public tranportation and taxis. "Staff weren't super friendly except for the one who checked me out today. The hotel is gorgeous but does need a lot of updating. It's in a good spot but be aware that Ubers are not allowed to the door. You will have to hike up the hill u less you take a taxi. "
