"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I...

"The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"

"Great location, amazing view, very good value for money! Felt like we're in a presidential suite! Beach is just outside the pool, clean and a lot of places. Very much recommend!!"

"It was our first time at the Secrets sunny beach. Overall it is a nice resort with great view from the balcony. Since it’s end of season, there were outdated beach umbrellas, cold pool and a lot of repetitive food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some impressive hotels nearby but need to clear the small shops on the walkway to the central square."

"That was our second stay in this hotel. The 2-bed apartment was amazing and it had fantastic views. The hotel is located near the beach. The restaurant was fine. The covered car park is quite narrow, a bit messy (they use it as a storage too) and rather dear. The staff is helpful and understanding. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!"

"Für uns das erst mal on Bulgarien. Personal sehr nett Auswahl an Speisen wirklich genug . Animation für kinder Teens und Erwachsene hat uns wirklich toll gefallen würde diese hotel jedem empfehlen "

"This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. The food is horrible...
