the staff was friendly, courteous, and welcoming. Hot Air Balloons views very accessible from the premises or very near by. breakfast fresh and with plenty of options. Premisses and room were very nice and original. location a few blocks away from the main street. definitely, a MUST GO place.

What an incredible place. We stayed in a room for 4 people and it was almost like an apartment. Lots of space and spectacular decoration. The hotel is very well located, close to many places to eat and shop. The view of the balloons from its terraces is unique. Recommended.

We spent our last few nights of our 3 week , multi city trip in the Zara Cave Hotel , and it was by far the best hotel we have stayed in - everything from our check in to check out was first class . The staff are accommodating, the rooms are wonderful, there is no detail spared A wonderful stay - we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else if we come back to Cappadocia - we hope to be back
