If I could give it 10 stars, I sure would. This house has everything your heart could desire. It is spacious, clean and a lot of fun. Our group has been coming to the river together for 33 years now and I have to say, this house ranks second to none. If I could make one change, it would be that they put a pool on their very large property Thank you so much for such a lovely place to visit. We will definitely book this home again.

Amazing Home
I stayed here with a bunch of my friends. We all loved it so much. It was great for hanging out, cooking, playing games, movie night. It is in such a cute neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly (Donkey and Goat were super cute!). The house was very clean and has every small item you could possibly need (great for cooking). All of my friends wanted the link to the house reservation because they plan on returning with their families.

Perfect family getaway
Location of home was perfect for exploring all that Gruene had to offer - shopping, dining, live music, etc. It was also perfect for those of us that just wanted to chill. Weather was perfect for hanging the hammock between the beautiful trees and reading a good book. Kitchen well appointed so we had a couple of great meals at the house. Game room was perfect for hanging out when weather wasn't great. I would definitely recommend this home for families. Floor plan was great for our group.

It was a great surprise to have the game room full of fun activities. All the young teens and adults had fun playing all of them. Then watching the game outside and grilling was also a highlight as the fire pit. Definitely a spot to tell all our friends about and visit again.

Family Getaway after 3 years of Covid!
First time we have ever rented a VRBO. We are very thankful for such a perfect home space, location, outside activities and such interesting neighbors ...donkey, goats and multiple deer in midst of mating season. All in all, the family wants to do this again. It was a perfect 3 days with lots of laughter. The beds were wonderful and the interesting neighbors gave our great grandchildren lots of animals to watch. We had a great time!

BEST PLACE EVER!!!
From booking to check out, this was an awesome experience with the owner/manager. She was very accommodating in answering my questions and offering to let us check-in a few hours earlier since no one was in the house the day before. The instructions on checking out were simple and easy to follow. There was LOTS of toys, games, equipment to keep kids happy in spite of the cold weather. The heater in the garage helped a lot. There were plenty of blankets, beds, bathrooms for our needs. The extra refrigerator was a plus as well. The kids (from the city life) loved feeding the donkeys and goats AND seeing deer many times a day. We will certainly try to stay there again when we need a house this size. Great place.

Great Location & Fun House!
Overall, we had a great time! SO convenient to get to all the fun in Gruene, the river(s), and into New Braunfels as well. The outdoor area is fantastic...and would be even better during football season when its no so hot - great setup! There is also a desk in the primary bedroom, which was very convenient since we had to work some. Kitchen & linens were nice and well stocked. Lots of games - indoor and out - at the house as well. Couple of small things - the neighbors DO NOT want their donkeys/goats fed, but the book says you can; no hair dryer; one bunk has been replaced w/ a twin bed and now there is not even a mattress on the top bunk remaining so it sleeps less (14 max). Can't park in garage...BUT that's a win, because its now a fun gameroom with shuffle board, ping pong, beer pong, and Mrs. Pacman! Thanks for a great family getaway! We needed it & would absolutely stay again!

Great location to enjoy Gruene and Wurstfest. Also plenty of space to hang out together.
Our group really enjoyed the games inside the garage and out in the huge backyard. We had fun feeding the neighbor’s donkey and goats, too. The house was stocked with everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home. I would definitely rebook.

Great Place!
The home slept 16 people very comfortably. The game room was fun for the kids and the outdoor patio with the 2 big screen tv’s made it nice to watch sports while enjoying being outside. The location was great, just a couple minute drive to Gruene for shopping, dining, and live music. Also couple minute drive to river tube rentals and shuttle. Enjoyed our stay.

This property is perfect for a large family or group! We were a group of 12, 4 adults, and 8 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone! Loved the basketball court, the yard, and the pingpong table! Very comfortable beds. We loved it!

Perfect for families
Had a great long weekend at the Czech Inn. The house was so spacious and perfect for 3 families with kids 1-12. There were three different “wings” of the house; each with their own bathroom. We also loved feeding the donkey and goat across the street! A little disappointed that there were lots of ant piles that prevented us from being out in the yard much but that didn’t impede us too much.

House is well laid out. Kitchen is well stocked with things you need. My only complaint was one floor vent was raised, I happen to be the one that kicked it and it tore off half of my toe nail. The house itself is an amazing find and we will look to rent it again!
