This was absolutely a wonderful weekend getaway! Frank and Sheila are amazing hosts! The house is amazing with incredible views from every room! Very comfortable, peaceful and quiet; a great place to relax and enjoy company together. Can't wait to book another stay in the future.

Best cabin on Earth
This is a beautiful cabin, located on a working ranch. The views are amazing, as are the hosts. We will definitely stay here again. The pictures do not do justice. This cabin is secluded and awesome. Loved seeing the Elk every morning from back porch as I enjoyed my coffee. Also, amazing sunsets.

It was wonderful all that we had imagined the owner Shelia was so great and inviting. We had a flat one morning and she helped us out directed us to a tire shop and then paid for it 😊🙏 We got it fixed and we enjoyed the rest of the day !!! It was beautiful the cabin was the best !!

Loved our stay
We were in CO for a week and stayed for several days at this cabin. The driveway is long but worth the effort to stay on this property with the views and amenities. Frank and Shelia were great and even texted to let us know we could see Elk in their lower field. Very clean and spacious. I hope we have an opportunity to visit again.

Beautiful vistas
Spacious and comfortable home with vistas and sunsets beyond description…must be experienced to fully appreciate. The property is off the beaten path, but easy to get to once you get the hang of the road—Frank met me and led the way for a first drive up. Frank and Sheila are friendly and attentive hosts if you need anything. A must stay if you plan to be in the Silt/Newcastle area!

Quiet, peaceful and stars!
This cabin is bigger on the inside than it looks in the pictures. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to communicate with Sheila. The property has unobstructed western views, so we saw a great sunset. We had a couple clear nights and the stars and Milky Way were incredible! It is quite a ways down a dirt road to get to the cabin, but once you’re there you will not want to leave.

Really cute and secluded
Really cute property with amazing views. My sisters and I spent the weekend at this cabin and enjoyed the open concept common area as it allows us to gather together comfortably. The host was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We had a lot of activities planned in the greater area (Glenwood Springs, Iron Mountain Springs), so we mainly spent the evenings at the property. We would love to come back in the future and really enjoy the home and explore the area around it. The location is more remote than I initially anticipated (about 15-20 minutes from the highway), but that added to its charm.
