Desk managers were very nice and helpful. Hotel and room were clean. Issue was that despite a request, we did not receive housekeeping services. Also, microwave did not work. Would have been helpful to have some area information in the room as well.

Fine minus construction interference

The hotel was fine and the breakfast was great and the staff on all levels was wonderful. The only reason we deducted a star was there was serious construction on the main floor that we weren’t alerted of so we were walking through a construction site to and from our rooms and the pool. Also, the heater in the hot tub was broken. However, the rooms were great and the staff was very thoughtful and efficient. There’s also a Ruby Tuedays next door that made for a good dinner option.

The breakfast was fantastic! So many options to choose from and great hours 6-10! The entire hotel is very clean. The staff was excellent. There is also a restaurant next to the hotel for other dining options. I will stay here again!
