Hello, it's been almost 2 weeks since I stayed at the hotel and they still haven't returned the $100 from the insurance that they withhold. I have stayed at other Holiday Inns and this has never happened to me before.

We booked this room last minute as the hotel we initially booked nearby had no hot water and we only found out when we arrived. The front desk staff was very friendly and got us checked in quickly. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our quick stay, as we were in town for a relative’s housewarming. Would definitely stay there again if in the area as there was an indoor heated pool but we didn’t have time to take a dip!

1 good thing, Bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately Complementary breakfast was very cheap. They serve you like a kid portion. Uou open the fridge and they dont even put a water in there. Not to mention you have to pay $100 deposit at check in even though we booked ahead and they didn't mention that.
