The staff was excellent! After check-in, we found that our assigned room had somehow been double-booked, but the staff apologized and quickly upgraded us to a new room. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and the best we've ever had for a continental breakfast. Highly recommended!
