"This house was a fantastic setup for a group of families with young kids. The flexibility of having the 6 twin size mattresses/cots was great for letting kids sleep in the same room with their parents. The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large group (we didn’t even need the upstairs kitchen except for running the extra dishwasher and borrowing some plates and cutlery). "Had to take a few days to cool down before writing a review for this. This is probably our last time using Vrbo, so we’ll speak our minds. Biggest problem was the plumbing. There were sewage backups three of the five mornings we were in the home. We essentially couldn’t use toilets or showers half of the days of our stay. "We had an excellent time at the Ranch Almaden the video you see on YouTube does not do it justice. We had about 30 people attend our 10 year wedding anniversary and all of my guests felt they were at a far away luxury destination. We used the pool and Spa and all was great, we will be reserving this location again."

"Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home."

"This property has a very large picturesque backyard with a heated pool, garden, and a pond. There is a BBQ grill that we were able to use. The kitchen is spacious. The amenities are great and elevated our stay! There is one small thing that could be improved: the indoor carpet has lots of stains and looks a little dirty. However, this did not bother us much. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this place for groups."
