"This is a wonderful location right below the castle. Every morning we woke up to a gorgeous view! Peaceful street, one block from all of the Grassmarket shops and restaurants, and it was so easy to walk everywhere in town. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to stay here and we would definitely stay there again!"

"Premier Suites was an excellent base for our short break in Edinburgh. The apartment had great facilities including two showers which we didn’t expect. The staff were helpful and friendly. It took about 20 minutes to walk to the City centre which was very convenient. Would recommend to anyone wishing to visit Edinburgh."

"Ideal place to stay size wise with the family with a teenage son it meant he had his own space. Comfy beds kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Staff were really friendly. The only down side I would say is that the 3 strip clubs at the end of the road. They were not an issue just a bit awkward with kids. 5 min walk to the grass market and the rest of the city is very accessible "

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. "By far the best area to stay in as it’s close to everything and the facility is amazing on top! As you stand at the front door you have the most up close & amazing view of Edinburgh Castle (which is fully lit up at night). Directly across the street are the most amazing restaurants that truly you don’t need to eat anywhere else. If weather is not the best- U we is quick and reasonable. Facility pool/sauna is a nice add on when doing a lot of walking about and the breakfast add on is big and delicious (you can adjust it depending on your tastes but we did the full breakfast with it all in and it was amazing, including the haggis. You MUST let your tastebuds do the talking in haggis and NOT your mind. It is fabulous!). Staff very courteous and they do provide online options and bag storage. Overall- great spot & great value for the money! "
