"I had booked this same accommodation on another site who CANCELLED me. I immediately frantically contacted Beatrice who calmed me down assuring me I would have a reservation. She and I worked together and figured it out! I have already booked this accommodation for July 2025! There’s a great place to eat breakfast and any other time. Joe’s… about a 4 minute walk!!"

"The Chelsea house is a great place to stay. It is a great location to visit Boston. There are some local eateries within walking distance plus a Dunkin Donuts. The house was very clean and had all the amenities you’d need. The bedrooms are on the second and third floors. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall the house was fine. The location was perfect (close to Salem, but the neighborhood was quiet) and the beds were super comfortable. My recommendations would be to have a tv in the first floor living area and tvs in the bedrooms as well. Also some kind of curtain or frosted glass in the upstairs bathroom for privacy, since it looks right out onto the Salem State fields."

"This house was perfect for us. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, and an easy walk to downtown. The host was very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend starting at this property. "

"I stayed here with family members. We thought the property was very lovely and in a pleasant neighborhood. Everything we could need was in the house. We especially appreciated the toiletries and the Nespresso provided. Kitchen was fully functional. The property was very clean and the bedrooms and living spaces were nicely decorated. It felt more personable and comfortable than staying in a hotel. It was truly a nice getaway for us who were in the area to explore Boston!"

"It was the best location, just a VERY short walk to all that Salem has to offer! It is right across the street from Jaho, which is an amazing coffee place and access to the lighthouse is directly across the street. "The good, Large House, lots of bedrooms. Felt very safe, nice Alarm system. And the Piano was very fun for a singing and having fun. Reconstruction in process. The bad, the beds, not good, the house is falling apart, scary stairs, the bath rooms are tiny and do not offer shampoo, conditioner, and conditioner. Could not find bath towels. The ugly - mouse droppings all over the kitchen. Mouse found in one bedroom, captured mouse and took outside. Let host know that there was a mouse and mice...

"My family & I booked a trip to Salem and we desired to find a cute home that would accommodate 7 of us that was within walking distance of downtown Salem and we found just that in this home! The host was a great communicator & really was fantastic at making our stay welcoming and pleasant. We were able to walk to all the tourist sites and restaurants within a short amount of time. Would recommend staying here 10/10. "

"This location puts you within a short walking distance to most of the sites to see in Salem! Parking is at a minimum in Salem and this location included a dedicated spot in a parking garage that is a very short walk from the house. The place was clean and had everything we needed! The beds were VERY comfortable! We only had one question during our stay and the property manager was very quick to answer! We will eventually return to Salem, and we would not hesitate to rent this property again!"

Very conveniently located within ~1 mile of I-90 approach, easy access to Cambridge, Boston & surrounding towns but with easier street layout and less hectic traffic in Watertown than some of the other neighborhoods. "Felt safe once I got into the building. Parking is insane and though the website said they would help with parking, there was no help and only one suggestion to park several blocks away and walk. I get this is downtown Boston but people staying here aren't always knowledgeable about urban parking. The facilities were clean but needs some TLC.
