Hotel is under extensive renovations not mentioned at time of booking. our three-night reservation was confirmed, once we checked in we were advised we had to move hotels for the third night as construction crews would be working on our floor and that the hotel only operates fri/sat night. Very disappointed with facilities, staff, and lack of notice for this reservation.

Paid for a premium Kingbed room with a view of the falls. Difficult to actually view the Falls. Room was Small and with a king bed it was cramped. Smallest bathroom in a hotel ive ever stayed in. Could barely move in the bathroom. And then when leaving I was charged for parking and resort fees adding an extra $75 per night. Last time I'll stay at the Crowne Plaza.

I appreciate that the property is enclosed and allows convenient access to the casino. The staff were exceptional-very friendly and accommodating especially Rosa who went over and above to ensure that our stay was enjoyable.

Our room was 2 Queen with a view but very small and we hardly had a spot for our stroller. Our door lock was also hanging by a screw which was not ideal, and we can hear our neighbours talking quite easily. Tried for an upgrade but unfortunately sold out. Did however love the easy access everywhere, pool happened to be empty for us to use alone, and decorated nicely for Christmas.
