"Didn’t like the concierge. Spoke with her about sightseeing. She said she would give us a deal. The adult only trip for the same trip with children. She quoted us $175. I paid for 2 adults. Total cost to me was 500 . When discussing with partner we thought it strange it was so much. We approached concierge asking why it was so much. She indicated it was 175. It 231 Canadian. This should have been explained at the onset. Also, by the way, when we did go back to question the amount...

"Great view from our room, disappointed there was no shower gel provided, only soap. Although there was shampoo and conditioner. Check in was a nightmare with very long queues at 4pm. Also there were stairs in our room which I don’t think were mentioned so just be aware if you have mobility issues."

"This was a perfect first visit to Niagara Falls, Canada! Our room overlooked the falls, Rainbow Bridge, and Oakes Garden Theatre, a botanic wonder, directly across the street from the entrance to the falls and all the surrounding activities! Our room was cleaned daily, unlike most hotels when you stay multiple days! Beds were comfortable; the room had two rotating chairs and a couch as well as a fireplace! We really hated to leave!❤️💔🥲"
