"Had a very pleasant 4 night stay in the Aston. Hotel location is fantastic - minutes from the sea-front, the old town and also the main shopping areas. Hotel itself was very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Did find their rooftop Bar was very expensive though - but lots of others in the old town to sample instead! Would recommend as a great venue"

"All fine, next door to the train station, down the road from a tram stop. Room comfortable, clean and well maintained. Bit of a smell in the bathroom at times (not from me) but wasn't a bother; just opened a window. Didn't affect bedroom. Roadworks through the night at the moment (late Oct '24) so might need earplugs (I did) or a room away from the road. Didn't have the breakfast. I regularly use Ibis, don't have a problem with them."
