On the heights of VENCE with a superb exceptional panoramic sea view and a unique dominant position at the top of a hill, Welcome to Mas des Oliviers#1 occupies the entire ground level of a villa with private entrance and parking 3 bedrooms with wardrobe, including 1 master suite. 2 bathrooms 2 WC and its very large private terrace with a breathtaking sea view. The large terrace is partly covered ( dinning area with charcoal BBQ) and partly sunny (bathsunning area) . The Mas des Oliviers#1 is perfectly equipped: high-end bedding, large windows facing the sea view , linen, classified as 5 ***** tourist accommodation.
The House is in Provencal style using old materials such as cut stones from the land and actuel equipment and decoration.
Le Mas des Oliviers is part of the Mas d'Azur property which comprises 2 very spacious and recent apartments #1 and #2 : each occupying an entire level of the Mas des Oliviers with private ground acces.
The magnificent heated pool of 14m x 4m of the property (shared between the 2 homes of the property ), inscribed in a stone restanque. The swimming pool is heated from mid April to beginning of October ( could be extended depending on the weather ) .

The property is located 500m above sea level and has retained a natural aspect (Refuge L. P.O) with its stone terraces, natural meadows, olive trees, oaks, lavenders. Here we respect our natural environment and use products that reduce our impact on nature (no pesticides or chemicals in the garden, recycling of water and waste, solar energy) This is the ideal place for those who like peace and want to relax in a preserved natural setting with an exceptional sea view. Short, sweet and very peaceful
We really enjoyed staying at Mas d’Azur/Oliviers last week and found the property perfect. We had three bedroom and used two. The property was super we-well equipped with ovens, toaster, tea pot (!) crockery, pans, cutlery, eco cleaners, electric blinds, comfy sofa and chairs, towels, excellent beds etc etc. The hosts provided really useful books and leaflets. They were perfect hosts, greeting us on arrival and being available if needed but really unobtrusive too. I used the heated pool which was clean and delightful. In terms of location, we thoroughly recommend the town of Vence with its balance of ancient and modern. The drive from Vence to the property is short but steep and wiggly. The road is made up but single track. The U bends need care but the road is very quiet and we found it easy after the first day ( when we arrived in the dark - not to be recommended). We would love to return one day and take our ease on the veranda and patio again. Thank you Marc and Francois. PS Thank you also for the Craquelin cake you left us as a gift. It was delicious.

A Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Place
Everything about this house was "top shelf." Clean, spacious, well-equipped and THAT VIEW! Marc and Francoise met us upon arrival, showed us around, offered tips on the area and even left a bottle of champagne and a fresh pastry to celebrate our friends' anniversay. So thoughtful. The pool was wonderful and the grounds were gorgeous. We will be back.

Great location! We were surprised we were sharing the house with another unit above us, as the listing said « entire home » but it worked out fine. Make sure your car has the power to get up the hill through narrow streets. Once there, enjoy!

Un très beau gite avec une superbe vue !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au mas des oliviers, qui était bien équipé, propre et confortable, et au calme. La vie est très belle par beau temps, depuis la terrasse ou la piscine ! Les informations fournies par les hotes pour l'arrivée étaient très complètes, seuls les lacets sur la route d'accès nous ont un peu inquiétés en faisant le trajet sous la pluie, mais tout s'est bien passé au final ! Marc et Françoise ont été attentionnés et ont été arrangeants sur l'heure de départ, comme le passage de l'ironman nous bloquait le trajet. Merci encore ! Un très beau séjour que nous avons quitté à regret.

Calme, confort et vue incroyable
Malgre une meteo pas toujours radieuse en ce debut avril, nous avons passe un agreable séjour dans cette maison tout confort (tout semble neuf) accrochée à la montagne sur les hauteurs de Vence (à 5 minutes en voiture par une route un peu escarpée). La vue sur toute la côte est eblouissante, meme depuis la piscine, qui trouve sa place dans un jardin en terrasses. Point de départ idéal pour des randonnées dans le massif montagneux. Hôtes prévenants et sympathiques!

Urlaub mit phänomenaler Aussicht
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung, sind abends lange auf der Terrasse gesessen und haben die Aussicht bestaunt, auch viele schöne Ausflüge unternommen. Und jeden Tag konnten wir den Pool genießen! Marc ist sehr zuvorkommend, wir wurden mit einer lokalen Köstlichkeit begrüßt, einem kleinen Craquelin-Kuchen, den wir auch unseren Freunden mitgebracht haben. Und die Straße, die war außergewöhnlich und spannend, eine Herausforderung für Auto und Fahrer - aber gut zu meistern. Vielen Dank an Marc nach Vence ! :)

Wir hatten eine äußerst angenehme Woche in dem sehr großzügigen, sauberen und geschmackvoll ausgestatteten Haus der Familie Lebret. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, die Kommunikation war reibungslos und wir haben die Ruhe "auf dem Berg" sehr genossen. Auch mit VW Bus waren die letzten 1,5 km der Zufahrt gut zu bewältigen, vielleicht nichts für Fahranfänger... Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Diese oberhalb von Vence gelegene Wohnung (Mas Olivier) im Mas d‘Azur bietet dieses herrlichen Blick (selbst vom Spülbecken aus!), ist komfortabel und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wie schon andere schrieben, der Weg hoch ist vor allem dann mühsam, wenn einem andere Autos entgegenkommen, ansonsten machbar. Mit dem e-Bike klappt das Baguette und Croissant holen auch super und das Auto kann stehen bleiben. Für den Vierbeiner wurde extra ein bewegliches Netz an das Ende der Terrasse installiert. So gab‘s kein Entkommen. Die Kommunikation mit den Inhabern war jederzeit möglich und nett. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Tolle Wohnung in erhöhter Lage
Diese Ferienwohnung ist hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist komplett - keine Notwendigkeit, eigene Küchentools etc. mitzubringen. Der Blick in 500m Höhe übers Meer ist so wunderbar, das er die steile Anfahrt vergessen lässt (man gewöhnt sich daran). Der Pool ist einfach super. Marc und Francoise sind äußerst liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Merci pour un séjour formidable.

Superschöne, sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit Pool
Wir waren eine Woche in der Wohnung. Im Vorhinein war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut, unkompliziert und sehr nett und auch der Check in hat wunderbar funktioniert. Es ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Appartement mit einem dazugehörigen Pool und einem naturnahen, superschönen Garten. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse zum Meer bis nach Cannes und Nizza ist fantastisch. Die Kinder liebten es in dem ca 13 m langen Pool zu Baden. Die Wohnung war picobello sauber und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut, er war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Gegend um Vence bietet viele Möglichkeiten (schöne alte französische Städtchen, canyoing, wandern und mit nach ca 45-1h fahrt auch Schöne Strände/ buchten.) Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen.

Hier fühlt man sich einfach wohl! Großzügiges Feriendomizil mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen und Hund. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe ins Detail und mit allem was notwendig ist ausgestattet. Große Terrasse am Haus mit Schattenplatz zum Verweilen. Gepflegter Pool mit Sonnenterrasse zum Entspannen und immer wieder dieser traumhafte Ausblick… Der Weg zum Haus über eine relativ schmale und steile Serpentinenstraße ist mit großem Auto etwas beschwerlich, aber umsetzbar. Der Vermieter Marc und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Einfach herrlich ....
Hier kann man vom ersten Moment an entspannen in der Natur mit umwerfenden Ausblick! Ein Panoramablick muss natürlich mit einer steilen Serpentinenstraße erarbeitet werden, ist aber auch mit einem VW-Bus gut machbar. Der Empfang am Haus war herzlich und im Zeitpunkt sehr flexibel abgestimmt. Alle Räume sind sehr geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ebenso die gut ausgestattete Küche. Große Hitze lässt sich gut mit Rollos von den Schlafräumen abhalten. Die Terrasse mit Garten bietet Sonne und gemütliche Sitzplätze unter Olivenbäumen - dank der Umzäunung ideal für unseren großen Hund, der sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt hat. Auch vom gepflegten Pool und den Sonnenterrassen ist der herrliche Ausblick zu genießen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit .... wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns bei Familie Lebret sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein liebevoll eingerichtetes, geräumiges und sauberes Ferienhaus mit traumhaft schönem Aus- und Meer-blick. Es fehlt an nichts, man hat alles was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch das rundum eingezäunte Grundstück, sodass unsere französische Bulldogge, die wir dabei hatten, auch zu jeder Zeit sicher war. Der einzige Minuspunkt ist die etwas beschwerliche und lange Auffahrt zum Grundstück. Hier muss man gut planen, besonders was Einkäufe und Ausflüge angeht. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren über Ostern in diesem schönen Ferienhaus oberhalb von Vence in schönster Natur. Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen, wunderbar eingerichtet, schöne Terrasse und beheizter Pool! Sehr nette Vermieter, wir fühlten uns wie zuhause! Mit VW Bus etwas abenteuerlich zu erreichen. Wenn man oben angekommen ist, wird man aber mit dem schönen Haus entschädigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fantastic home, lovely hosts.
The home is just as it looks in the photos. Clean, lovely, spacious. The views are wonderful and the hosts are so accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Einmalig schöne, ruhige Lage mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf das Meer. Sehr gepflegte, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung. Gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Nette Vermieter, die in der Nähe wohnen und gerne Tips geben wenn gewünscht. Grosse Terrasse in mediterranem Garten, ideal mit Hund. Unter einem Olivenbaum zu liegen (im November), den Rosmarinduft in der Nase und dem Zwitschern der Vögel zu lauschen - einfach perfekt. Das reizende Städtchen Vence ist schnell erreichbar, bietet viel südliche Atmosphäre und viele gute Restaurants. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten, allerdings sollte man fit und gut zu Fuss sein. Smuk beliggenhed
Skøn villalejlighed i stueplan men med meget snævre og stejle tilkørselsforhold der gjorde vi lavede mad hjemme om aftenen da vi ikke ville køre turen i mørke. Der var bordtennis, bordfodbold, grill og en dejlig pool med solstole. Alt var lige som på billedet. Vi bemærkede ikke dem der boede i lejligheden øverst. Vi var der i uge 42 i 2021 og det var noget koldere i villaen end i Nice og Cannes så det var ikke muligt at spise morgenmad og aftensmad udenfor på terrassen. Vente er en hyggelig by i køreafstand med god shopping.
