"My wife and I, my in-laws and our two dogs stayed here. The property is wonderful and in a very beautiful setting. I honestly don’t think the pictures do it justice. A perfect place to take everything you need for a few days and not leave the property. I would highly recommend sitting on the deck to watch the sunset. "

"The location is amazing and as described. However, upon arrival hours past check-in the host didn't know I was coming and had yet to provide check-in info. Luca, the host, said she needed 15 minutes to ready things in addition to the "uh, who are you?" greeting. During my stay there were multiple impolite interactions. My favorite was that I needed to drive to town to get dry firewood to run the only source of heat, the wood stove."

"Perfect cabin close to a bunch of New Yorks state parks, very clean with a nice large kitchen tons of room for my my eife and I and our 3 kids, the single beds are all in an open loft which just meant we had to keep it quiet once the kids went to bed. Our only complaint were the king and queen beds squeak a lot, like just rolling around in your sleep they are noisy. "My partner and my kids stayed here for 5 nights while visiting my family in the area for Christmas. The cabin is spacious with comfortable and attractive furnishings, and the kitchen is large and has everything you need. We were there during an extreme cold snap and so there were a few weather-related maintenance issues, and I was so impressed with how quickly Rosa and her husband addressed them. She even had the cabin decorated for Christmas, lit tree and all, which was such a lovely surprise....

"We stayed in this wonderful rustic hunting lodge with a group of 7 adults. Pete and Sherry were attentive hosts and the house had everything we needed. Plenty of room. Located about 30 minutes from Ithica, it’s on 30 acres so very private. The memorabilia from 30 years of hunting expeditions and events held at their event hall were very cool. We’d definitely recommend and stay again."

"It’s a wonderful place to get together and enjoy as a family. The place is well equipped for kids of all ages and adults. We spent great time together and to top it we had an amazing snow day where kids enjoyed the slopes outside the house. We couldn’t use outside space but if it’s summer, it’s a great abode to enjoy with friends. I would highly recommend this place and the hosts are amazing and considerate. "
