Hotel is basically opposite USJ, so easy walk. Hotel was nice, staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was set out very well and had everything we needed. Amenities were eco friendly which is good to see. Our room looked out over the bay and was gorgeous. Have stayed here before because it’s a great hotel!!!!

Convenient to Universal Studios, dining options at City Walk and Universal City Station. Rooms were very clean and tidy, however only 4 single beds provided for a family of 5, when booked for 5.
