Hotel was nice, view was beautiful, if you get the side of sado island you can see it from your room. Closest hotel to sado kisen port but outside of that, there's really nothing close by unless you walk about 10 minutes.

Well-maintained, spacious room, helpful staffs. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. Location is great for taking ferry to Sato Island but quite far away from attractions and shops.

The hotel, room, and service was excellent, but this is a place you would need to be driving (parking 1000yen a day unlimited reentry), or are prepared to taxi around, otherwise access is somewhat difficult

三泊お世話になりました。 冬のたびですから、雪で外に出られない時でもお部屋で気分良く過ごせるように日航ホテル・デラックスシングルを選びました。実際に大きな窓から信濃川と日本海を見晴らせる時間は素晴らしかったです。 駅からはバスが必要ですが、バス本数もそこそこあります。ピアBandaiとホテルは徒歩で行き来できますし、女性の一人旅、車なしでも楽しい旅ができました。

早朝に佐渡へ移動するために利用しました。佐渡汽船の港まで屋根付きの通路で直通。真冬の風の強い日でしたが、風に吹かれず歩いて約10分で行けるのでとても便利でした（ただ通路は温かいわけではない）。 デラックスシングルに泊まりましたが、お部屋からの景色は最高。日本海の景色が一望できました。お部屋も広く、スペックも過不足なく、快適そのもの。 ただ周辺にはお店がほぼなく、ちょっと外へ行くにも天気によってはタクシー利用が必須です。タクシーも待つ場合が往々にしてあり。近隣の観光施設「みなとのマルシェピアBandai」へは歩いて行けます（約15分）が、行き帰りの道が川沿いなので電灯も少なく風も強いので夜間は一人だと不安になる雰囲気。一度ホテルに入ったらホテル内でのんびりする方向きかと思いました。
