"No air-conditioning and hot weather made the heat in the apartment unbearable. It fluctuated between 29 and 31 degrees Celsius according to the thermostat (even with two fans running), but it felt hotter. The room was dusty and could have been cleaner. The spiral staircase to the loft was extremely steep and flimsy. One of the steps was broken and a heavier person could easily fall through. I pointed this out but it was never fixed during our stay. "Very nice hotel. Looks a little dated on the outside, but very nice inside, with many renovations completed. The bed was small however comfortable. Best part was the heating which worked very well, helping me recover from being under the weather for a few days. Enjoyed a great dinner at their restaurant, very nice atmosphere. And much praise to the front desk staff who were so helpful - thank you. Easy to reach by bus number 8 from Nijmegen central station. Overall, very enjoyable."
