Our stay here was kind of average. I was a bit disappointed as the property had really good reviews from what I had seen. The staff are lovely and helpful however the rooms are small (even by Tokyo standards) we are used to small rooms however usually small rooms have a clever space to put your bags and have ample hooks for towels and clothes and little cubby holes for other things. This place didn’t even Joe a towel rack or hook in the bathroom. There was just no where to store anything. Also the bedding had stains on it when we checked in and the bed wasn’t made well so all the sheets untucked the second you got into it.
The area is great, lots to do, great connection to Shinjuku station ect. It’s just a shame the design of the room isn’t great and the cleanliness wasn’t good.

Had a wonderful stay. Room was spotlessly clean and bed was comfortable and large. The staff were super friendly and helped us to send mail and also organise our luggage delivery. Really easy check in/out. Little touches like the free coffee in reception in the morning & proper coffee machine in the room with replenished coffee pods were much appreciated by me. Quiet location while still being easy walking distance to the JR station and close to tokyo dome. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Things To Know: I’m 6’2 and traveled with three other 6ft people
The Prince Hotel was such a great property and experience that fit our needs for this first time visit to Tokyo. We got the Supreme King Room and Superior Twin room Triple and both had plenty of space for us and our bags with room to spare. The hotel itself had a great staff and make sure you get the breakfast TOTALLY WORTH IT and you will thank me later. The osen was awesome and they do allow certain tattoos in the bathing area, the front desk will provide guidance.
Overall it was a great value and will definitely stay here next time. If you can use the train to save on going into the city. This location isn’t super close and a uber will cost you, just make sure to say No Highways to save a little. Also booking a car for pickup to and from the airport is best and worked for us.

"Very nice hotel with good transportation options nearby. The area was very safe and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I wish is that the bathroom was a little bit more updated but aside from that everything else was perfect."
