"Really loved the location of this hotel, where you can walk easily to the train station which was important to us, as we had luggage. Lobby of hotel was spacious and welcoming. "We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was despite being located over the train station. We were warned at check in that housekeeping was only every few days unless requested so didn't have any issues ther. Comfortable beds and wonderful breakfast. Water pressure was great. The sauna/fitness centre looked directly over the train tracks which was strange but not unpleasant. "

"We were very comfortable in our family room with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds for our teenagers. The breakfasts were amazing and the evening meal was much appreciated and very good also. "Very simple accommodation, check in restricted to 3-5pm (after which it closes) and zero WiFi signal. Bathroom was very basic and we had to put the sheets on ourselves. At the end of the stay they had to be removed, everything washed up and rubbish taken away. I'm not against this concept, but not for 700kr a night, out of season. This also wasn't made obvious when booking. For an extra 200-300kr you can stay in a decent hotel, including breakfast which made this very poor value in comparison....
