"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"Beautiful traditional accommodation in historical district of Kanazawa. Very comfortable accommodation. Weather in Kanazawa was inclement and perhaps we should have been warned to bring umbrellas offered by the accommodation. Minor detail but otherwise the staff were super helpful and friendly. Such a beautiful accomodation, loved the stay and would return again. The streets are narrow so the taxis/ cars can only drop you at the closest side street, not at the front door. "Excellent location with buses stopping outside (including the RL & LL loop tourist buses). Lots of konbinis a short walk. Not far to the Castle or Kenroku-en gardens. Free wine and sake, cold tea and nuts and popcorn from 3pm to 8pm. Lots of extra amenities to pick up in reception and free umbrellas (if they have them available). Only a couple of small niggles - no on-site laundry (which we knew) but there is no pull out washing line in the bathroom or any hooks anywhere. Decent size room with a small open wardrobe area and a couple of draws. Black out blind was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and will look for this brand again on our return to Japan."
