Of course, my apartment is not a dump, but rather the opposite. But the name has served its purpose, you clicked on my page. Thank you very much.
Our apartment is located in a quiet side street on the upper floor of a detached house with separate entrance. The apartment was previously rented out and was renovated in February 2013 and equipped with new furniture.

We are happy to contact for any questions and requests.
Dogs are allowed to come on vacation.

The master bedroom has a window to the garden, which you are welcome to use.
Since the garden is not visible from the outside, it invites you to relax, have a barbecue and play games.

My apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but I have a cozy smoking area in the hallway in front of the window.

The bright, cheerful children's room with two single beds is equipped with games, books and stuffed animals.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with table and TV corner with DVD player, a dining set for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchenette.

The bathroom was renovated in January 2014 and consists of a sink, a toilet, and a shower.

Shops, supermarkets, and some restaurants can be reached on foot in no time.
The bakery is right around the corner.

Various bike rentals are located in the immediate vicinity.

War ein schöner, unkomplizierter Familienurlaub. Die Ferienwohnung war den Beschreibungen entsprechend und für uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) größentechnisch und von der Einrichtung her genau richtig. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit!

Tolle Wohnung, netter Kontakt, alles super!
Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern unseren Sommerurlaub in der "Bruchbude" verbracht. Der Kontakt war von der Anfrage bis zur Heimfahrt superfreundlich, zuvorkommend, einfach eine sehr nette sympathische Vermieterin! Schöne Ferienwohnung, alles extrem sauber (unsere Tochter kam nirends als Staubwedel hervor, trotz dass sie durch die ganze Wohnung gerobbt ist), geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, liebevoll eingerichtetes Kinderzimmer, viele tolle Kinderbücher und Spiele für alle Altersgruppen, in der Küche und im Bad fehlt es an nichts, einfach alles super! Nur der Kinderhochstuhl ist etwas kratzig an der Kante der Tischplatte und das Klebeband ist nur zu verlockend zum Abziehen und Herumziehen für die Kleinen. Vielleicht wäre hier eine kleine Investition gut beim schwedischen Möbelhersteller. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder und haben die Fewo schon Freunden weiterempfohlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!!!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, für Fragen oder wenn man etwas braucht, steht die Vermieterin gerne zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Spielen und Büchern, so dass wir unsere Spielsachen kaum gehaben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen :-)

Meine Frau und ich waren vom 02. bis 08.06.2024 zu Gast in der Ferienwohnung in Norden. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und steht jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, auch für Paar mit 2 Kindern geeignet, modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Bei unserem nächsten Trip in den Norden würden wir uns sofort wieder für diese Unterkunft entscheiden. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei Ihnen wohnen durften.

In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Liebevoll eingerichtet, eine freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieterin und sehr, sehr sauber. Zu Fuß bis nach Norden in die Innenstadt braucht man ca.20 Minuten. Bis nach Norddeich etwa 40 Minuten. Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im direkten Umkreis. Volle Weiterempfehlung. Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht! Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war absolut unkompliziert und sehr freundlich, die Wohnung ist - insbesondere wenn man mit Kindern reist - mega toll ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man nur irgendwie benötigen könnte. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Frau Gatena uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Ein atmosphärisches Familienapartement
Ferienwohnungen wirken oftmals leer und "unbelebt". Hier hingegen ist man direkt in einer belebten, atmosphärischen Wohnung eingetroffen, in der man sich binnen Minuten wohnlich, behaglich, zuhause fühlt. Auch die Raumaufteilung, Möblierung, Gestaltung, Ausstattung mit Büchern und Spielen, Sauberkeit etc. ließen keine Wünsche offen. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Wohnung
Die Wohnung entspricht genau der angegebenen Beschreibung und ist in einem wirklich sehr sauberen Zustand. Es ist alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden, so dass man sofort den Urlaub genießen kann.
