After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. "The unit was quiet and convenient to the convention center. We were able to park and walk most places, although the supermarket was 1.5 miles. The building is old and it shows. The bathroom off the bedroom would be horrible for a tall person: low ceiling in shower and little space between the toilet and the wall. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. "

"The hubby and I decided to take a trip without the family and just needed a small intimate place to sleep & hang while we explored. It’s always I feel a coin toss what you might show up to but even though we thought it might be uncomfortable with the owners on site, it was the total opposite. Derek and Meredith were extremely caring and hospitable. They enhanced our trip with their above & beyond customer service & their local suggestions of things to do just topped off our vacation. "

"Great location!! We have stayed here several times due to being back in a quiet cove and in walking distance from the dock. We were a little disappointed that the slide on the dock was no longer there but it is still in the VRBO pictures. The hot tub was cold when we arrived but I contacted the manager and she replied right away and told us how to fix it. It warmed up very fast! They added a nice little fire pit area and my kids really enjoyed hanging out there at night. "

Sorry, excuse for a motel very very bad service

"Before I book my hotel there, I looked online for a pet friendly motel so I went ahead and paid my room for two days and then went to the office and they asked me how many dogs did I have and I said too so they were gonna charge me $60 extra for each day And I told him no that’s not right it should’ve been written in the policy for the hotel and he tried to call the police on me because I refused to leave until he gave me my refund "
